Administrative Manager for Social Resilience

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Center Administrator for the Social Resilience Lab. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the administration of the centre, including staff onboarding, project management, and continuous support.
You will collaborate with the PIs and staff of the Social Resilience Lab and the wider administrative team at the School of Culture and Society. Your tasks will include implementing and supporting staff in the transition to software management tools and pipelines used by the center, managing budgets in collaboration with accountancy and PIs, and coordinating events and projects.
The successful candidate will have a BA or MA degree in a relevant field, such as management, and be proficient in Danish and English. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position involving supporting academic project management.
