About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our Energy Transition department. As a key player in international green gas project teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our knowledge of overall compressor station design.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining our knowledge of overall compressor station design
  • Supporting clients within high-level cost and time estimates
  • Technical lead on medium to large projects
  • Working closely with the assigned Project Manager to ensure quality and deadlines are met
  • Interacting with clients and stakeholders on technical solutions and layout advice
  • Becoming a focal point and mentor for compressor station design

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in engineering, preferably with a Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience with design and execution of compressor stations, as well as significant theoretical and practical knowledge of compression.

You should also have considerable knowledge of compressor station components and layout, experience working in multidisciplinary projects, and strong oral and written skills in English.
