Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet and fulfill customer and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams within FalCom and GN Group to drive continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
Your primary focus will be on mapping and documenting existing processes, training employees in policies and procedures, and implementing compliance with regulatory and new customer requirements.
You will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance our quality management system.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant educational background (technical background)
- In-depth understanding of QMS principles, including ISO 9001
- Knowledge of NATO AQAP or similar is preferred
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and their practical implementation
- Experience of methodologies such as TQM, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Hands-on experience within change management and a proven record of driving and establishing a QA process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with training
- A structured and well-organized approach to work
- An analytical mind and a problem-solving attitude
As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at FalCom, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
