Your Role

In this position, you will work closely with our Buying department to ensure that our biggest wholesale key customers receive the best possible service. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Daily administrative support
  • Managing and processing orders, tracking deliveries, and handling follow-ups
  • Coordinating closely with the Buying and Sales teams to ensure product flow and on-time deliveries
  • Preparing materials and assisting with sales meetings and events
  • Ad hoc tasks
