About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Product Line Team in our Renewables Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our offshore substation product line, focusing on high voltage and medium voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product offerings for our offshore substation product line, ensuring alignment with future market requirements.
  • Collaborate with our Tender team to develop proposals based on client requirements and our modular architecture.
  • Work closely with our Procurement team to secure strategic supply chain partnerships and implement cost-out activities.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, incorporating input from the supply chain, organization, and market.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to development and execution teams.
Requirements
  • Experience with design, procurement, and construction of high voltage and medium voltage systems, including electrical distribution, power transformers, and GIS switchgear.
  • Familiarity with industrial layout design, routing, 3D modeling, structural, and weight estimation of high voltage components, preferably on offshore substations.
  • Experience with interface management across systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
