The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Training Partner to join our team in Purification Plant V (PPV) at Kalundborg, Denmark. As a Training Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing training programs that align with our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuous improvements based on feedback and performance data.
  • Onboarding training managers and end-users, establishing a strong training culture within the organization.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • An academic degree preferred in Education, Human Resources, or another field supplemented with sufficient experience with learning theory.
  • Some years of experience in training development and delivery, possibly within education (workplace learning), behavioral economics, and/or similar experience with training or learning in a regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in training software and tools, such as ISOtrain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • A structured approach to task management.
  • A strong understanding of the training value chain and its impact on the training systems.

About You
We are looking for a proactive and capable individual who is detail-oriented but also has an overview to prioritize tasks. You should be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization are essential. You should also have a strong LEAN and quality mindset and be able to use knowledge and skills within learning and human behavior to understand and solve business problems and challenges.
