Head of Non-Financial Risk Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Non-Financial Risk team at DNB Auto Finance Oy. As Head of Non-Financial Risk, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of operational risk, AML, and GDPR across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of risk professionals to identify, assess, and monitor risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk-based controls and ensure effective risk management practices.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide risk management training and awareness programs to employees to ensure a culture of risk awareness.
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field such as risk management, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, audit, or a related control function.
- Demonstrated knowledge of banking industry regulations, including AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, privacy, and operational risk.
- Fluent in Finnish and English, with knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
