Lead Brand Designer Job Summary

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our in-house design team and take on a leadership role in shaping the future of our brand. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling assets that drive engagement and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Create and execute a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the revenue organisation to understand marketing goals and develop creative strategies that support those objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a small team of in-house designers, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet business goals.

What You'll Need:

  • A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • A bachelor's degree in Communication Design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide variety of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback clearly.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
