">We are currently looking for an ambitious and flexible professional to join our Quality Assurance team as a Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with our Vice President of CPQA and be part of an organization responsible for our Global Quality Management system.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Support Performance Management Systems">
You will support and improve local performance management systems, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
">Reporting System Support">You will also support various reporting systems, providing timely and accurate data to inform business decisions.
">Project Participation">In addition, you will participate in cross-organizational projects, collaborating with teams across the organization to drive business results.
">Budget Planning and Execution">You will prepare and follow up on budgets for your department, ensuring we stay within budget constraints.
">Financial Analysis and Presentations">You will also support in preparing financial or business analysis and presentations, helping us make informed business decisions.
">Meeting and Workshop Coordination">Furthermore, you will plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and workshops, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
">Your Qualifications and Skills
">To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant academic background in Life Science, Economics, or Business. You should also possess experience from relevant student jobs, demonstrating your ability to work both individually and build relations across the organization.

A degree in Life Science, Economics, or Business will provide a solid foundation for this role.
">Student Job Experience">Prior experience from relevant student jobs will demonstrate your ability to work independently and build relationships within the organization.
