Job Description:

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Performing designated month-end reconciliations and closing the Accounts Receivable module
  • Booking credit card and travel expenses, as well as coding external invoices in our invoice handling system
  • Reviewing and approving weekly payments, initiating miscellaneous payments, and conducting supplier due diligence according to internal requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounting and knowledge of debit/credit principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) and preferably Danish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
