Risk Management Leader for Large Corporates

As a Senior Leader with high integrity and energy, you will drive the building of a robust non-financial risk discipline and oversee non-financial risks in Large Corporate & Institutions (LC&I).
You will be part of a strong unit where you will be responsible for driving strategy execution towards LC&I.
We are looking for someone who can bring essential understanding of leading, communicating and influencing in a complex environment and demonstrate strong integrity and capacity to maintain high standards. With your experience and impact, you understand how you can bring value by challenging stakeholders and help them deliver high quality and clear response.
The role involves overseeing non-financial risks within Large Corporate & Institutions (LC&I), which serves the needs of our large corporate and institutional customers with wholesale banking and asset management products and services.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Drive the non-financial risk agenda towards LC&I
- Engage with stakeholders and build strong collaborative relationships across all business lines
- Drive pro-active performance and participation in review & challenge of risk assessments
- Understand and challenge the risks associated with business processes including customer impact
- Driving the non-financial risk agenda as part of the GNFR Management Team
- Lead the GNFR LC&I team
Candidates should have solid stakeholder management and strong senior management skills.
Additionally, we are seeking someone with 5-10+ years' experience in a similar leadership role or a relevant role providing solid understanding and insights, experience in navigating in a complex environment and working with stakeholders at executive level, understanding and experience with the Nordic banking industry, experience in wholesale banking and asset management, and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
