Job Title: Head of Business Support

LEO Pharma A/S is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Business Support. This position will be responsible for leading key initiatives to support the EVP, Global Technical Development & Supply, and driving strategic LEAN improvement and project management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the EVP and leadership team in driving performance processes and strategies
  • Lead organizational work to improve cultural performance and coach leaders in daily operations and strategic activities
  • Develop and implement project standards and manage the core project portfolio with regular reporting
  • Ensure project execution quality and oversight, and sponsor project community of practice and governance standards
  • Lead Lean activities to achieve operational goals and implement Lean strategies and performance goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince II)
  • Lean qualification (Ideally Black Belt or equivalent)
  • Functional management experience leading individuals and groups, preferably with a combination of Operational Excellence and project management experience
  • Proven track record of implementing improvement programs with quantifiable results
  • Monitors performance through key performance indicators
  • Advanced coaching, facilitation, and change agent skills
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various settings and boundaries
