Pandora A/S is a global jewellery company that seeks to hire a seasoned Compliance Manager Lead who will be responsible for driving the company's compliance agenda across more than 100 markets. The successful candidate will have a solid background in compliance management and advisory, with minimum five years of relevant experience.

The Global Compliance team is responsible for Pandora's compliance agenda globally, covering areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and competition law. As a Compliance Manager Lead, you will be part of leading the design and development of Pandora's global compliance programme, guiding the business on a wide range of compliance topics, and taking lead on initiatives promoting a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Pandora's compliance agenda together with the rest of the team
  • Leading projects where you define and enhance compliance processes and frameworks to ensure the programme is suitable for Pandora
  • Providing training for employees in our stores, production, and corporate functions
  • Staying up-to-date on relevant regulations and best practices within anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, third-party management, and competition law, adapting our programme and policies accordingly

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You must also be able to foster a team culture, collaborate with people from different backgrounds, and adapt to diverse perspectives.
