Cell Banking Process Expert

We are part of the Novo Nordisk PSQIT organization, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Product & Process Development. Our team makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases worldwide.
Our cell banks consist of two teams: the mammalian cell bank located in Hillerød and the microbial cell bank located in Bagsværd. We oversee all cell banks built on various platforms and are responsible for producing and maintaining cell banks under GMP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the production, storage, and characterization of cell banks adhere to internal and external quality requirements.
- Maintain compliance with GMP standards and address authority questions.
- Prepare for audits and inspections, providing insights and recommendations on regulatory and quality matters.
Requirements
- Master's degree in cell biology, fermentation, or related scientific discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record in GMP knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of cellular biology and culturing/fermentation of mammalian and/or microbial cells.
