Sales Director

At Supermicro, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to drive our go-to-market strategy and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at our clients.
- Research and understand our clients' industries and business strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin quotas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a high-tech industry.
- Minimum 3-7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage to enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
- Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
