Job Title: Sales Director

At Supermicro, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to drive our go-to-market strategy and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at our clients.
  • Research and understand our clients' industries and business strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin quotas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a high-tech industry.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage to enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
