You will also need to manage project budgets, cost estimations, and invoicing to achieve the best possible project profit and economic results.
">Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
">- Manage project schedules, follow-up, risk management, progress reporting, and warranty time management.
- Negotiate with customers, manage meetings, and maintain effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, purchasing, and logistics.
- Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and project quality standards.
Key Requirements:
">- A minimum of 5 years of experience in demanding customer projects within the technology industry.
- Knowledge of pulp machines and processes is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multi-technology and multinational projects and teams.
- Strong decision-making and change management skills.
- Capacity to work under stress and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good business financial understanding for decision-making purposes.
- Proficient in Swedish and English; other languages are a benefit.
- A technical education (M.Sc., B.Sc., or corresponding).
