Tenth Revolution Group is a major partner to Danish Public Infrastructure across domains. We are seeking an experienced IT Leader to help us deliver some of Denmark's most critical systems.

As an IT Leader, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes. You will design and present solution principles that align with business objectives, securing approval and thorough documentation.

• Evaluate and document current architecture and integration solutions, ensuring they meet security, reliability, scalability, and performance standards.
• Propose new architectures and principles as needed, ensuring they gain approval and are well-documented.
• Serve as the primary authority on application architecture, verifying and approving design decisions.

You will facilitate meetings to gather requirements, propose solutions, and document outcomes. Additionally, you will participate in planning, estimation, and risk assessment for new solutions.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A master's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles within the IT industry.
• Experience with Public Sector Systems.
• Strong expertise in Java development and architecture, particularly with Java EE/Spring frameworks.

You will also have:

• Solid experience in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based Java applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, middleware solutions, and API gateways.
• Proficiency in Java-based security standards, authentication protocols (such as OAuth, SAML), and secure coding practices.
