About the Role

This role involves providing technical support to customers across various regions, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating on complex customer projects, conducting customer visits, leading meetings, and presenting products to communicate customized value propositions.

  • Guide complex quotations and ensure customer satisfaction through expert technical support.
  • Act as a product specialist during launches and provide training for internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Support the current organization with technical product applications knowledge.

This role combines onsite support with collaborative project work, enabling impactful cross-cultural and cross-functional interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent diplomacy, patience, and adaptability skills, with experience in the Food & Beverage industry or similar sectors.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in complex technical project support, including remote support experience.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English and one of the local languages of the respective Nordic countries.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing or coordinating projects for smooth execution.
