Quality Support Manager

We are seeking a Quality Support Manager to join our Packaging Quality Support team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving investigations on supplier-related issues, ensuring timeliness in deliverables, and actively engaging in the continuous improvement of our department's processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Employee well-being and team coherence in a dynamic and busy environment
- Driving investigations and ensuring timely deliverables
- Actively engaging in process improvements to enhance flow and efficiency
- Maintaining operational performance during deviations
- Balance and prioritizing short-term deadlines and long-term process optimizations
Requirements
- Significant experience in Quality-related work
- Master's degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a relevant field
- Full proficiency in English
- Understanding of operational workflows within a regulated environment
- Experience in continuous process improvement or review
- Experience of cross-functional working and stakeholder management
About the Department
The Packaging Quality Support team works closely with the Raw Quality Support Team, reporting to a senior manager while being part of ISM (Inbound Supply Management). The team consists of 10 Supply Quality Professionals in site Bagsværd. ISM is responsible for managing hundreds of suppliers and items used by Novo Nordisk around the globe to produce our life-saving products.
