About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at HAY ApS. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for HAY ApS and its subsidiaries.
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Cand. Merc. Aud., HD, or equivalent degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
