This role involves planning and coordinating different initiatives related to our Health & Well-being agenda, updating and maintaining systems, and working closely with stakeholders.

This position requires a structured approach, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Student People Coordinator, you will be part of a team that values autonomy, trust, and honesty. You will work approximately two days per week and have the flexibility to adapt during exam periods or other times when needed.

The responsibilities of this role include planning and coordinating Health & Well-being initiatives, supporting the implementation of a new HR system, updating and maintaining our digital workspace (Confluence), and executing various ad hoc tasks.
