Siemen's Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. is pioneering the shift to clean energy. We're seeking an exceptional Portfolio Coordinator to spearhead our strategic projects, driving innovation and efficiency across our Offshore Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope and lead internal projects and initiatives within the Offshore Engineering organization
• Drive cost-out initiatives across the project portfolio
• Develop and implement change management frameworks and communication strategies
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks
• Collaborate across departments and offshore project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Create, deliver, and communicate reports for diverse audiences
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders
• Provide data-driven insights to support senior management decision-making
• Analyze cost and efficiency of business operations
• Develop project plans and ensure timely completion
• Conduct financial analysis and budgeting for portfolio projects

Requirements:

• Possess a MSc in Economics and Business Administration, Business Management, or similar
• Demonstrate 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, program management, and/or product management
• Proven track record in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organizations
• Strong expertise in change management and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations and reports
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of economic principles and accounting practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
• Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in offshore wind, is a plus
• Fluency in English, both verbally and written, any additional languages are an advantage
