About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Coordinator to join our professional team at DEIF A/S. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage daily with DEIF's customers regarding quotation handling in CRM, order processing in our ERP system, and handling technical clarification regarding orders and quotations.
  • Ensure value for both DEIF and customers with a commercial outlook.
  • Have an extensive area of contact within the organisation and be part of our global Customer Care network.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in a similar B2B customer service/back-office role.
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with MS Office programs and ERP systems at the user level, and technical product order handling.
