We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Business Consultant to join our Business Performance Management team at Danske Bank. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective financial management framework, including costs control, recharge, project impact assessment, and budget adherence for Financial Crime Prevention operational areas.

As a trusted partner to resource planners, finance, and change management teams, you will be responsible for guiding and educating teams on project impact assessment processes and preparing high-quality financial performance reporting packages for senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present regular financial performance reporting packages to senior leaders, including strategic project impacts on operational units' finances.
  • Coordinate project impact assessment processes and prepare overviews relevant for cost forecasting, budgeting, and target setting.
  • Align financial processes with project impact assessment processes to ensure trusted data for strategic financial planning.
  • Validate business case cost calculations and monitor benefit realization.
  • Support ad-hoc requests related to performance management.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience in financial areas, particularly expense management, and project management/coordination skills. You should be people-focused, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and possess effective planning, communication, and organizational skills.

Additionally, you should have advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and be service-minded, able to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands.
