We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to join our team working on the development of AI-powered methods for electric vehicle integration. The successful candidate will conduct research on dynamic modeling and simulation of power systems components at distribution level, investigate innovative charging technologies, and work closely with our experts in e-mobility and prosumer integration.

About the Project

  • Part of the European research project AHEAD: AI-informed Holistic Electric Vehicles Integration Approaches for Distribution Grids
  • 21 partners from 11 countries involved in the project
  • Create a simulation environment capable of predicting the most convenient location to place electric vehicle charging stations and optimize both power grid resources and charging stations

Your Responsibilities

  • Dynamic modeling and simulation of power systems components at distribution level
  • Strong programming skills in MATLAB and/or Python
  • Experience with supervision and teaching of students
  • Experience in fund-raising
