We are seeking a highly skilled Filling Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Fill & Finish Expansions department, you will play a critical role in designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Specify and define the Filling solution, working closely with the line of business, senior project manager, and subject matter expert responsible for the Filling process.
- Ensure that the Filling solution is well-documented and implemented to deliver business impact.
- Develop and implement future process flows, focusing on designing processes according to aseptic standards and authority requirements.
- Participate in vendor oversight during equipment build and test phases.
- Contribute to cross-functional activities, such as single-use systems, filter testing, and design implementation of training setups.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a natural science or engineering field, such as technician, supporter, mechanical engineer, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical, food science, or similar education.
- More than 2 years of experience in the pharma industry or other regulated industries with GMP or similar requirements.
- Experience with Filling and isolators is a significant advantage.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Experience in project work and project management is desirable.
