IT Infrastructure Management Specialist

As an IT System Management Specialist at Novo Nordisk A/S, you will play a pivotal role in scaling up our computerized equipment landscape within a rapidly growing organization. This challenging opportunity involves driving IT system management for critical local IT systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead life cycle management and small projects to ensure that IT systems meet requirements.
- Establish and uphold compliance documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the technical expert in implementation projects.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding IT systems and computerized equipment.
- Act as a point of contact and liaison partner for users, project managers, validation managers, system owners, and quality assurance teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system/computerized equipment management, preferably in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- A structured approach to challenges, a strong quality mindset, and a passion for providing support within your area of expertise.
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude, adept at managing priorities with a sense of urgency, and skilled at communicating status and solutions effectively.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, while proficiency in Danish is an advantage.
