Transforming Data into Value with AI and Machine Learning

Vestas' Data and AI team is driving innovation across the organization by harnessing the power of data, analytics, and AI. As a key member of our AI team, you will collaborate with senior team members, business leaders, and subject matter experts to develop impactful NLP/GenAI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to validating and conducting technical feasibility assessments of high-impact AI use cases.
  • Work with cross-functional product teams to develop and productize NLP/GenAI components, driving and accelerating business value capture across Vestas' value chain.
  • Assist in the development of methods, solution architectures, and best practices that can scale machine learning across the organization.
  • Contribute to the maturation of our ML platforms and the data science tool stack.
  • Act as a bridge builder between data product teams and the AI team to help mature and consolidate data science best practices.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in developing and/or deploying NLP/GenAI models, ideally with tangible applications in a corporate context, and an MSc in a quantitative field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Machine Learning frameworks and NLP/GenAI tools.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models and GenAI use cases, such as fine-tuning and evaluating LLM performance.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud design and implementation, CI/CD deployment, and modern build, test, and deployment tools.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with both business and technology teams.
