We are seeking a Danish Onsite Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece.

About the RoleThe Danish Onsite Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Danish-speaking clients. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support via multiple communication channels
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range between €35,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits that contribute to a higher overall compensation package.
