Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and evaluating the financial implications of major decisions. You will inform and execute on business strategy, milestone planning, commercial growth, operational expansion, and fundraising.

You will co-develop and maintain key assets for the company, including a robust and flexible financial model, supply chain partnership agreements, and customer engagement models.

Additionally, you will obtain and manage key assets essential for business scale-up, ensure business and factory efficiency levels are maintained, and provide requirements and feedback on Rodinia's software and hardware developments to improve operational excellence.

You will lead budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting, manage risk and compliance, and develop scalable finance control and workflows with third-party tech providers.

Co-lead fundraising efforts across grants, debt, and equity, optimize production operations for demand, and develop financial and operational playbooks for production facilities and their deployment.

Lead the production-team ensuring customer orders meet expected deadlines and lead operational expansion across geographies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have over 5 years of senior-level financial management experience with a relevant academic degree. You will also need to have solid experience in risk and compliance management, experience engaging with the Board, C-suite, and stakeholders, and ideally experience in growth and expansion to international markets.

You will need to be highly analytical, able to strategize and deal with complexity, and have outstanding overview and capability to keep many boats afloat simultaneously. You will also need to be an operational skills, willing to engage hands-on, and have excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
