Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to lead the design process for our innovative specification products. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive user interfaces that meet user needs and reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Leadership: Drive the entire design process from research to implementation, ensuring consistency and scalability across our SaaS platform.
  2. Lean UX Expertise: Utilize Lean UX knowledge to conduct workshops, solve business problems, and quickly iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  3. User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and observations to understand user behaviors and pain points, informing design decisions and improving user experience.
  4. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct tests to validate designs, create prototypes, and gather user feedback for iterative design enhancements.
  5. Data Analysis: Collaborate with the product team to interpret event data, identify user patterns, and optimize user flows for data-driven design decisions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align design strategies with business goals by working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate design with engineering and product development.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects and user-centric design solutions.
  2. Experience working with Lean UX methodologies and Agile development processes.
  3. Strong expertise in managing and utilizing design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency in the design process.
  4. Ability to collaborate with the product team to interpret event tracking data and incorporate insights into the design process.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills and Competencies
  1. Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  2. Familiarity with Dovetail or similar research tools for organizing and analyzing user research data efficiently.
  3. Experience using Maze or similar usability testing tools for conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback on interactive prototypes.
  4. Strong communication skills in English and Danish.
  5. Understanding of the construction industry or related fields is a plus.
