We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our customer projects and ensure timely delivery of specified products according to contracts. This role involves managing project schedules, budget, cost estimations, and invoicing to achieve the best possible project profit and economic results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage customer projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and project quality standards.
  • Negotiate with customers, manage meetings, and maintain effective communication.
  • Manage project scheduling, follow-up, risk management, progress reporting, and warranty time management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, purchasing, and logistics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in demanding customer projects within the technology industry.
  • Knowledge of pulp machines and processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multi-technology and multinational projects and teams.
  • Strong decision-making and change management skills.
  • Capacity to work under stress and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good business financial understanding for decision-making purposes.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English; other languages are a benefit.
  • A technical education (M.Sc., B.Sc., or corresponding).
