Communication Research Fellowships in Digital Media

We invite applications for three postdoctoral positions in digital media and communication research at the Department of Communication, Faculty of Humanities, University of Copenhagen. As a postdoctoral researcher, you will contribute to the GREENWATCH project, which explores the Internet of Things (IoT) and its relationship to sustainable development.
Your tasks will include analyzing documents related to IoT in your assigned region, conducting fieldwork, and collaborating with colleagues on a global scale. You will also develop and implement your research plan, focusing on the green transition.
To be considered, you must hold a PhD degree and possess expertise in digital media research, including experience with qualitative fieldwork and document analysis. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for Postdoc #1, while fluency in English is sufficient for Postdocs #2 and #3.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct document analyses of product information, legislation, and other materials regarding IoT
