Veo, a pioneering sports camera technology company, seeks a seasoned Financial Strategist to join its fast-paced team. As a trusted advisor to the CTO, you will drive financial and analytical insights to inform R&D initiatives and roadmaps.

The ideal candidate possesses deep business acumen, strong financial skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will be part of a dynamic FP&A team, collaborating with management to deliver strategic financial steering and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business units and management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Participate in preparing monthly board reports and develop actionable insights from financial data.
  • Improve ongoing reporting and analysis for specific business units, including budgeting and forecast updates.
  • Become a trusted business partner for the management team, providing strategic financial guidance.

Your Profile:

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Controller with relevant working experience in a startup or similar environment.
  • Partnering with R&D departments and technical specialists is a valuable asset.
  • Strong financial skills, including accounting, forecasting, cost accounting, calculation of tariffs, and project control.
  • Proficiency in ERP/BI tools and Excel modeling.
  • A global perspective, influencing change, being service-oriented, and effectively organizing tasks.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
