We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity specialist to join our cloud security team at Unity. As an Infrastructure Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement in security standards, policies, and security assessment for engineering changes.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct design reviews, technical documentation, questionnaire data, and threat modeling for critical systems. You will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure security standards are implemented and enforced throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk analysis and file issues to track risk findings
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of cloud computing environments, including GCP, AWS, and Azure, with expertise in architectural reviews and experience with micro-services technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, and Hashicorp Vault
  • Utilize automation tools like Bash, Python, and DevOps Terraform/Ansible to streamline processes
  • Familiarity with security features and controls, including authentication, authorization, PKI, session management, and logging
  • Deep understanding of network security fundamentals, including the TCP/IP stack, Linux/Mac/Windows operating systems, DNS, firewall, VPN, and email

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
