Omnichannel Strategy Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Director to lead our Diabetes portfolio's marketing and omnichannel teams. As a key member of our Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a successful omnichannel strategy that ensures an exceptional customer experience, maximizes portfolio value, and enhances overall customer engagement across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances customer experience.
- Utilize insights-driven decision-making processes to customize omnichannel strategies for every customer.
- Lead campaign development of visual identity brand/portfolio.
- Oversee and refine core brand messages to ensure they are tailored to customer needs and coherent across brands and portfolio.
- Be a strategic partner, providing customer-centric consulting skills, strategy design, and coordination.
- Identify and develop various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.) to ensure comprehensive market coverage and excellent customer engagement.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Life Sciences or a related field, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product management roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in people management.
- Prior experience in marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing successful omnichannel strategies that have fueled business growth.
- Robust understanding of market research and the ability to analyze consumer trends effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in managing teams efficiently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
About the Department
The GLP-1 Diabetes Commercial Marketing department is part of the Diabetes Therapy Area within Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs, based in our headquarters in Bagsværd and Søborg. We are dedicated to driving innovative marketing strategies and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.
