About the Role

This role involves coordinating and implementing technology transfer projects for serial product platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding and be able to work in different environments with various stakeholders.

The Process Engineer – Offshore Technical Support will lead and coordinate task forces, implement process improvements within factories, and ensure smooth startup of receiving factories. They will also organize training for key participants in production and provide technical support to manufacturing lines.

  • Liaise with various stakeholders from Nacelles Corporate Operations manufacturing facilities
  • Coordinate and implement technology transfer projects for Onshore and Offshore projects
  • Lead and coordinate task forces or workstreams
  • Implement process improvements within SGRE factories
  • Ensure smooth startup of receiving factories following SGRE procedures
About You

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, with more than 3 years of relevant experience in production or the wind industry. Leadership or project management skills are essential, along with very good communication and presentation skills in English. German proficiency is a plus.

A high team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective stakeholder management skills are also required. The ability to thrive and navigate easily in a dynamic and complex environment is crucial.
