Vestas is a global leader in wind energy solutions, and we are seeking a Renewable Energy Innovator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and suppliers to develop and implement innovative solutions for wind turbine blades.

Your primary focus will be on investigating and resolving complex technical issues related to blade performance. You will collaborate with site technicians and design engineers to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

You will develop and implement solutions to prevent re-occurrence of blade failures. This may involve working with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of problems.

You will also engage in dialogue and alignment with affected stakeholders, including factory or supplier of blades, module owners, service, construction, finance, etc.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to blade performance.
