Antibody Product Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Antibody Product Development Manager to join our R&D IT & Digital team, focusing on QC Lab Systems.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of top-notch antibody products and innovative therapies that make a difference in the lives of patients and influence the future of cancer treatment and serious diseases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and a deep understanding of quality control processes, IT systems, and equipment in a laboratory environment.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our QC Lab's integrated software solutions, including Labvantage LIMS, Empower, and Softmax Pro.
Your primary goal will be to transform product vision, business requirements, and user needs into a well-organized backlog and practical user stories.
Execution will be based on an agreed roadmap, and you will ensure that each release follows our Computerized System Life Cycle procedures to be GxP compliant.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Prioritize and maintain product backlog features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Function as the primary point of contact for the QC Lab business owner.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, and provide feedback and coaching to the team.
- A degree in life sciences, bioinformatics, computer science, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, or a similar role in the biopharmaceutical or software industry.
- Experience working with GxP regulations and procedures, particularly around change management, periodic reviews, and internal audits.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, the Scrum framework, and agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
