About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer to join our Digital Customer Channels & Experience team in Digital Solutions. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing scalable and secure Java-based applications, designing and implementing backend components and APIs, integrating data storage solutions, and ensuring data consistency.
The ideal candidate will have several years of backend development experience, proficiency in Java, and a strong analytical skillset to understand complex problems and devise efficient backend solutions. You will work closely with front-end developers and other team members to deliver high-quality results.
This role is based in Aarhus, Denmark, and offers a competitive salary range of approximately €60,000-€80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities- Develop scalable and secure Java-based applications

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, or relevant field, with proficiency in Java

- Proficient in integrating and managing data storage solutions while ensuring data consistency
