Membrane Technology Leader

In this exciting leadership position, you will spearhead our membrane technology function, driving innovation and excellence across a team of 6 skilled professionals.

• Develop new concepts as a base for product development, enhancing customer value and company profitability.
• Evaluate new business opportunities through application development work.
• Secure knowledge and continuous development of the Technology Core Competence functions.
• Actively participate in the Membrane Management team.

We seek a structured and analytical thinker with deep technical knowledge of membrane technology, preferably with expertise in polymer membranes. Your strong communication skills will enable you to connect with colleagues across various functions and levels, fostering collaboration and clarity.

You hold a Ph.D. or Master of Chemical Engineering, with +10 years of practical experience working in the membrane industry. You have a proven track record in management and people leadership, preferably from R&D or product management positions.

This role is based at our site in Nakskov, Denmark, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 10 - 20 days per year. As a self-driven and independent professional, you will thrive on taking initiative and staying motivated, even in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a hybrid work model, providing flexibility to work from home when aligned with your tasks.
