We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Data & HR Specialist to join our team at Group M Worldwide Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to run the business from an HR perspective, utilizing their expertise in data analysis and HR administration to drive business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

As our new People Data & HR Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting people data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  2. Using data insights to inform talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and development strategies.
  3. Taking ownership of our HR admin processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. A proven track record of experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR context.
  2. Strong proficiency in HR tools, data analysis tools, and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  3. The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  4. A strong understanding of HR administration, preferably within an agency or consultant business.
  5. Hands-on knowledge of relevant legislation and experience in handling complex cases.
