About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing key accounts that generate significant revenue. The ideal candidate will establish, nurture, and expand valuable relationships with customers, researching and pursuing new business opportunities and creating connections with influencers, executives, and decision-makers.

  • Develop new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.
  • Develop sales opportunities, identify decision makers, and build champions at CMO, COO, and CTO level.
  • Listen, identify, and understand clients/prospective clients needs to deliver value and exceed expectations, building relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influencing them.
  • Enhance knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of successful Enterprise software sales experience, having experienced the full range of obstacles when creating complex & enterprise-wide SaaS deals. They will have been successful in building relationships and love the Customer Experience revolution, understanding how Sprinklr can impact various functions of a global organization.
