Volunteer Opportunity

Join our team as an Event Assistant and contribute to the success of the Presidents Summit 2025 event. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and network with industry professionals.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 2 days of commitment during the conference, plus 2.5 working days of training and rehearsals in the lead-up to the event.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and operation of event venues and equipment
  • Support the registration and accreditation process for attendees
  • Collaborate with the event management team to ensure a seamless attendee experience
