Sales Director

Danfoss IXA Denmark is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our global Sales, Marketing, and Project team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing sales revenue and delivering results in the marine industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, creating and following up on sales quotations and orders, and building and managing sales pipelines for IXA's product portfolios. The role will also involve arranging customer visits, collecting customer feedback, and providing customer support.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and other teams to develop sales plans and long-term customer development strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, as well as experience in international business with different cultures.

The position will be based in either Copenhagen or Kolding, Denmark, and will require frequent travel to meet with global customers and participate in industrial exhibitions and trade shows.

• Identify sales opportunities and create sales quotations and orders
• Build and manage sales pipelines for IXA's product portfolios

• Develop sales plans and long-term customer development strategies
• Participate in industrial exhibitions and trade shows

• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the marine industry
• Proven track record of growing sales revenue and delivering results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Experience in international business with different cultures
• Fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
