OCM Strategist

Ampstek is a leading provider of IT services and consulting solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled OCM Strategist to join our team in the Capital Region of Denmark.

This role involves driving business change and supporting the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in Agile project management methodologies and tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
2. Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders across the organization to build support for change initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
3. Creating communication plans and delivering targeted messages to various stakeholder groups using tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and intranet community groups
4. Understanding business needs and designing and delivering training programs that support change adoption
5. Conducting assessments to understand the potential impact of changes on different business areas and developing mitigation strategies to address any negative impacts
6. Providing support and guidance during the implementation of change initiatives to ensure successful adoption
