About the Job
">We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lyngby, Denmark. As the Project Manager for CAPEX project execution for the Aseptic Processing (AP) modules, you will serve in a critical role to establish and maintain the appropriate coordination between the AP Module team in Denmark and the receiving sites.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Serving as the key point of contact between the AP module and the Future Standard Project Management Office where the project controls data collection and processing takes place.">
- Driving the structures needed to support an efficient execution set-up for the module, e.g., Annual wheels, Townhall presentations, Board meetings, structures to support stakeholder management, etc.">
- Supporting the Module Lead with coordination and sharing of learnings across module delivery teams by setting up and/or participating in governance to ensure learnings are captured and shared.">
- Information collection, aggregation, and presentation generation to support both weekly execution cycles and monthly steering group cadence.">
- Providing guidance and oversight to team members to ensure successful project delivery.">
