Global Sales and Business Development Leader for Cleantech Evaporation

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive our Cleantech Evaporation business forward. As Global Sales & Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our presence in the global market.
Our company, Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH, is a leading provider of energy-efficient solutions, and we are committed to making a sustainable difference in the world. We value collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction above all else.
The role requires 60-70 traveling days per year, with regular interactions with our international team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our engineering and sales teams to develop and implement commercial and technical strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Actively generating leads and building relationships with potential customers worldwide
- Driving the development of sales pipelines and partnerships
- Supporting commercial and technical negotiations with customers to close orders
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
We believe you have several years of technical-commercial experience, preferably linked to project sales within ZLD, industrial water treatment processes, circular economy or recycling in an international setting. Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English, and a graduate degree in engineering, business, or similar are required.
