Implementation Lead for Coupa Solutions

Norlys seeks a System & Process Specialist to lead the implementation of Coupa solutions for S2C and P2P processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Norlys Center of Excellence in Sustainable Procurement and contribute to driving transformation in procurement processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing S2C and P2P processes utilizing Coupa solutions.

Your primary responsibilities include developing detailed process maps, coordinating with stakeholders, and presenting effectively at all organizational levels.

You will also analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change management initiatives to promote best practices and continuous improvements.

  • Develop and maintain detailed process maps to support the Coupa implementation.
  • Lead the implementation of S2C and P2P processes in Coupa during the implementation phase.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate a successful transition to Coupa.
  • Present effectively at all organizational levels as a subject matter expert.
  • Drive change management initiatives, promoting best practices and continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on driving strategic initiatives, fostering teamwork, and supporting organizational change.
