We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to play a vital role in our client's business. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and presentations to the management team.

The finance manager will ensure a structured reporting process is in place to deliver accurate and timely financial information. This includes driving and improving financial governance, such as procedures, system automation, accounting, controlling, and financial reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as data will come from other departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reporting to management on financial figures, SaaS matrix, and KPIs.
  • Deliver presentations to management based on proper financial analysis.
  • Yearly preparation of the company's annual report.
  • Responsible for statutory and interim audit.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Responsible for salaries within the company's headquarters.
  • Develop operational improvement and digital automation.
  • Contribute to ongoing review and adjustment of procedures and processes.

Ideal Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as an auditor (with international clients).
  • 3+ years of experience as Finance Manager, Financial or Group Controller, or similar where you have gained hands-on insight on all the financial assignments.
  • Relevant academic education on BA or Master level.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with financial reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of Danish accounting principles including IFRS as well as tax legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience with multiple partners.
  • Experience from a complex environment with constant changes.
  • Hands-on experience and a high general IT user level.
